Meeting
Room Booking System
- for booking the Seminar Room,
Teleconference Room, and smaller meeting rooms. This is also used for
booking data projectors (a.k.a. "Powerpoint Projectors"). Please read
the following page carefully before making a booking. If you want to book a
pice of scientific equipment (such as the FACS machines), please use the WIMM Facilities Booking System .

If you want to install one of the WIMM network printers, you need to use the iPrint system,
which contains the iPrint client, for Windows PCs, Apple OS X and Linux
machines, and links to the individual printers. Install the client,
restart the web browser and click on the printer you require. |

Change your
network password
Please note:
All users - your password now needs to be 8 characters or longer, and
include capital letters, lower case letters and numbers.
PC users - if you wish to change your workstation password, you
will need to do this by pressing CTRL-ALT-DEL when logged in
and
selecting "Change Password". |

NetStorage
to access your server-stored files from a web browser.
If you need to send large attachments to a remote user, or recieve large
files from them, please use the OxFile file transfer service. Please remember that the email systems are not designed for sending
or receiving messages above 4 or 5 MB in size. We do NOT recommend the use
of DropBox or similar services as they store data outside of the European
Economic Area.
